How quickly do orders ship?
Orders placed before 2PM EST on business days ship the same day via USPS Priority Mail. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–3 business days.
Are your peptides third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch undergoes HPLC and Mass Spectrometry testing through independent third-party laboratories. A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis ships with each order.
What is your purity standard?
All Nexamino compounds meet a minimum 99% purity standard, with most batches testing at 99.9%+. The exact verified purity for your batch appears on your Certificate of Analysis.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. We work with research institutions, university-affiliated labs, and qualified bulk buyers. Contact us using the form above with details about your requirements and we’ll send a wholesale pricing sheet.
How should I store the peptides?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored refrigerated (2–8°C) for short-term use or frozen (-20°C) for long-term storage. Once reconstituted, peptides should be kept refrigerated and used within the timeframe noted on your COA.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship domestically within the United States only. International shipping is unavailable due to research compound regulations.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do however replace any product that arrives damaged or fails our quality guarantee — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
